Due to Company's development and growth, the increase and expansion of its offices and stores at some point the use of standard communication methods of staff with technical support team proved to be ineffective.

We designed and implemented a model (division of IT department serves corporate users) and the system of Helpdesk. The main objective was to create an effective tool to inform the technical department experts of the problems encountered by office employees and retail network.
