The users of the system are the leading retailers and enterprises-suppliers working with them.

The system allows to conduct electronic exchange of documents between retailers, logistics operators, suppliers and manufacturers of products in Central and Eastern Europe.

The following task were set:

  • convenient multi-language interface
  • instantaneous document processing
  • bringing the data to a single standard within the platform
  • the capability of introducing new types of documents

A key objective was to maintain data security, fault tolerance and data consistency. The platform developed and implemented by us has allowed the ECOM company to become a leader among EDI operators in the Ukrainian and CIS countries market.
