CRM and billing system for "Cosmonova"We have developed a system that combines CRM and billing for Cosmonova ISP subscribers. The product automated key business processes and established operational efficiency.
The product automated such tasks performance as maintaining a database of subscribers , diagnosis of technical problems in the network , calculation of the services (billing ), etc.
Among the functions of CRM systems there are:
- Hierarchical customers / counterparties database
- Maintaining a network devices database
- Creating and payment documents accounting
- The virtual file system with the ability to attach files to different objects
- Integration with Asterisk for outgoing calls and customers’ cards
Modularity is laid in the CRM- system, which allows us to develop the system, increasing functionality and adding the necessary modules. This system allowed the ISP to get rid of the amount of routine work, automate accounting, to simplify customers and counterparties accounting.
