Our main task was to develop easy to use and eye-catching web-resource. Website includes descriptions of hotels, resorts, countries and tours, a client can choose the tour he likes and all other services in connection with it.

We needed to implement accounting system Summer Tour in the website. The employees of tour operator enter in the system the data about hotel, insurance, flight, transfer and other, after that the system automatically calculates the cost of the tour with the percentage for the tour company and the information is displayed on the website.

Pass-through authorization was also implemented on the web-site, which means that after authorization on the website the client or travel agency is automatically authorized in the system. The authorized users have the advantage of having the access to hidden pages, where they can see special offers, discounts, bonuses, sales unavailable for unauthorized user page view.

Site management system allows adjusting all the dynamic elements, for instance: banners, text content, exchange rate data and other. System implementation was conducted so price calculation was conducted based on the exchange rate displayed on the website.

We also implemented CRM, which allows for “Orbita” cooperation with travel agencies and account keeping on each client in the personal account on the corporate website.

Before delivering ready-to-operate website the platform went through multilayer testing to ensure proper website operation.

During website development and implementation of functional, we maintained feedback connection with the client. The employees of travel operator “Orbita” could address us with their suggestions, with request to improve something on the website, for additional consultation.
