Automation of the call center " E- COM"The hardware- software Call- center complex consists of a web-based software interface, and based on VoIP virtual PBX.
The solution allowed to run an efficient roll call on the customer base in order to offer new services (active sales), data collection, surveys, etc., as well as analysis and development.
We created a virtual PBX that is successfully operating that allows you to serve E-COM customers not only in Ukraine but also in Kazakhstan, Russia, Moldova, out of the single customer service centre.
A virtual PBX allows you to record phone calls in order to analyze the managers’ work, redirect it to the employees’ mobile phones during their absence, to analyze the efficiency of sales by the calls statistics. Also we integrated a Call-center based on a virtual PBX.
